Seattle

Authored by Oswaldo Blackburn

We just recently moved to Mulkieto ( a suburb of Seattle). We moved to the Pacific Northwest because my husband got a job working at the medical school. We decided to live in the suburbs because the public school systems are great. We also found a wonderful house that we feel lucky to have bought for such a great price. The views are spectacular and we have neighbors, but they are not too close. It has great areas for entertaining and my favorite part about the house is the hot tub that is outside on the lower level porch. The house was basically move-in ready. There were only a few things that I did to upgrade the house. I got adt mukilteo. I had a new professional ovens and ranges put in ( I love to cook). The only other thing that I did was have an industrial dryer put in ( I hate to do laundry, big dryers are the only way I can). I hope that we stay here forever. I love our new home.

Fish Boys

Guest post by Jewel Cole

My sons are really into fish so when they turned old enough to take care of a pet I got them a huge 20-gallon aquarium. It’s great because they’ve got a whole bunch of tropical fish in there to take care of and I really feel like having all this responsibility is good for them in the long run and that they’re going to become better men for it at the end of the day.

I went to HughesNet Nevada to get home internet so they could read up on the kind of care their specific fish needed and they somehow convinced me that we needed to order this pricey fish food from Asia that their clown fish had to have. This aquarium is really turning into a money pit but it seems to make them happy and I just love watching them interact with each other in such a great, meaningful way!

They’re great boys and if I have to spend money on their pets I’ll keep doing it.

Want your body back again? Read this

Listen ladies, if you've tried everything  that you can to shed off that extra lbs that you do not need and still have it, maybe a CoolSculpting is right for you.

CoolSculpting is a non-invasive alternative to fat reduction. What the CoolSculpting does is to cool the treated area just above freezing, at which point the fat turns from a liquid to solid. This process promotes a process called apoptosis, which causes the targeted fat cells to shrink, while leaving surrounding skin and other tissue unharmed.

I've seen this process introduced on Dr. Oz show on tv. It sounds promising and who doesn't want to get rid of those unwanted fats?

To learn more about CoolSculpting, visit them on facebook at http://www.facebook.com/coolsculpting  and don't forget to like them!

You can also join and enter the 12 Weeks to Change Challenge and win fabulous prizes!

MTV for Casey

Guest post by Gerard Mcdaniel

My daughter would not stop begging me for cable so she could get MTV so I finally relented and actually went to www.direc.TV where I found a better deal on satellite. It’s not that big of an issue but I just didn’t want her sitting around at home all the time watching TV when she could have been out doing something more productive. She’s a dancer, though, and there’s this show on MTV called “America’s Best Dance Crew” where dance teams compete against each other and it’s really inspired her to give her all at practice which I guess is a good thing.

I don’t really like for her to watch the Real World and the other shows like that but all in all, MTV isn’t nearly as bad as I assumed it was. I thought it was going to be all Beavis and Butthead and old school stuff like that that I wasn’t allowed to watch growing up, and for good reason! Turns out my parents really did know best!

The Bionic Woman

Guest written by our friend Waldo Byers

One of the greatest shows to ever make it into satellite service by http://www.tvbydirect.com/ was The Bionic Woman. The Bionic Woman has such an interesting story premise that I truly love. This show is quite addicting, so a person should be forewarned before watching this amazing show!

This show was first created in the seventies. The story behind the show is that a woman was injured in a very terrible parachuting accident. The government then pays all sort of money to rebuild her. She is transformed into a woman that can truly do anything. It is so cool to watch this show, because the bionic woman is truly so strong. She can basically do whatever she wants. She is able to use her strength to take down strong enemies. She is also able to get the man of her dreams. So many men fall in love with her, but she does not have a care in the world for any of them. I love watching this show for its positive message on female empowerment. This show truly has some great feminist undertones, which I think is awesome. This is one of the best shows to watch. I think it is one of the greatest shows that has ever been shown. It is quite an amazing show, and I truly love to watch it all the time.
